Frequently Asked Questions

There is no requirement to complete online check-in.

Check-in can also be done at the airport counters free of charge.

To ensure a smooth process‚ we recommend arriving on time:

  • Flights from Tel Aviv and Berlin - at least 3 hours before departure
  • Flights from all other destinations - at least 2 hours before departure

To access the system‚ you need to enter:

  • Booking number starting with 305 or 5
  • Phone number listed in the booking

If the details do not match‚ or the phone number belongs to someone else‚ please contact the travel agent who made the booking.

If you received a check-in SMS‚ you can access the system via the link in the message - no booking number or confirmation code is required.

Please note: login is not possible with a non-Israeli phone number.

The system checks that the date of birth matches the passenger type in the booking (adult‚ child‚ or infant).

If there is a mismatch (for example‚ an “adult” is listed but the age is 11)‚ an error will appear and the process cannot continue.

In this case‚ check-in can be completed at the airport counters free of charge.

If you still want to add baggage or select a seat in advance‚ no problem:

  • For booking numbers starting with 3 - click here.
  • For booking numbers starting with 5 - click here.

This is not an error.

At this stage‚ only passengers with Israeli passports can complete online check-in.

Passengers with non-Israeli passports only are required to check in at the airport counters (no additional charge).

If the boarding pass was issued with incorrect passport details‚ you must proceed to the airport check-in counters.

Boarding will not be permitted with incorrect information.

Changes cannot be made online after completing check-in (such as adding baggage or changing seats).

In such cases‚ we will be happy to assist at the airport check-in counters.

This is not an error.

In some cases‚ a QR code is not issued. In this situation‚ please proceed to the airport check-in counters.

You can log in again to the passenger service website and select: “Resend boarding passes”.

  • If only the departure time has changed - there is no need to reissue boarding passes.
  • If any other change has been made (such as destination or flight number) - you must check in again at the airport counters.
