Booking cancellations will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the company’s policy‚ as outlined on this page.

Important information

If you made your booking through a travel agency‚ please contact the agency directly through which the booking was made in order to cancel and receive a refund (if you are eligible).

In such cases‚ cancellations cannot be processed directly through us.

 

Cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law

If you purchased your flight ticket as part of a distance selling transaction (for example via the website‚ by phone‚ or through other communication channels)‚ you may be eligible to cancel your booking in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law‚ subject to various conditions such as the booking method‚ passenger details‚ purchase date‚ and flight date.

In these cases‚ a refund may be issued minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the booking price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower)‚ per passenger in the booking.

Please note:

Only a cancellation request is considered an official request within the legal time limits.

An eligibility inquiry alone is not considered a cancellation request. Therefore‚ if the legal time window expires before we respond‚ you may lose the right to cancel.


Cancellation for customers who purchased the "Refund Your Ticket" product

Passengers who purchased ‘Refund Your Ticket’ service at the time of booking are entitled to cancel their booking up to 7 days before departure and receive a 90% refund of the ticket price.

The service is only available for purchase at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.

Cancellation under the Applicable Law

In certain cases defined under the Applicable law‚ it is possible to cancel the booking and receive a refund for the relevant flight segment.

If you received an SMS or WhatsApp message from us regarding a flight cancellation or schedule change and were asked to choose between an alternative flight or cancellation with refund‚ and you selected cancellation - no further action is required. Your request is already being processed.

In any other case‚ you may complete the form below and select ‘Cancellation under Air Services Law’.


Other Cancellattion Cases

As a general rule‚ no refund is provided for cancellations due to reasons not defined by law‚ including personal circumstances or medical conditions.

For such cases‚ we recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes flight cancellation coverage.


Cancellation of Baggage and seat selection

Refunds for baggage or seating services are provided only when the service was not delivered due to reasons attributable to the airline.

In all other cases‚ including booking changes or passenger-initiated cancellations‚ no refund will be issued for these services.
